Terms of Service

1. The Product

WindowKit is a client-side JavaScript/TypeScript library for building window-manager interfaces in web applications, delivered as a distribution archive (.tgz) containing minified runtime bundles (ESM and IIFE), styles and TypeScript declarations. Source code of the library is not included.

2. License grant

Upon payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use the acquired version of the Product in accordance with the purchased plan: Developer — 1 developer seat; Developer Perpetual — 1 seat with perpetual use of versions released during the support period; Team — up to 5 seats; Enterprise — unlimited seats within one organization. You may distribute the Product within your own applications, including SaaS deployments, with no limit on end users.

3. Restrictions

You may not: transfer the distribution or its copies to third parties except as part of your application; publish the Product in public package registries, repositories or file-sharing networks; remove or alter license markings and ownership stamps; resell the license without written consent. Consultant and contractor seats are licensed separately.

4. Updates and support

Your plan includes all Product updates and email support for 12 months from purchase or renewal. Support responses are provided within 24 hours; Premium Support adds a contractual 24-hour SLA. Renewal is optional and priced at 40% of the plan; without renewal you keep perpetual use of versions acquired during the support period.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Heleket, an independent cryptocurrency payment gateway. Accepted currencies include BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX and others as shown at checkout. Prices are listed in USD; the charged amount is converted at the rate applied at invoice creation. A payment invoice is valid for the period shown on the payment page.

6. Delivery

The distribution download and license key become available on the order status page (the link is shown right after payment) and are also sent to the email address specified at checkout, immediately after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

7. Warranties and liability

We warrant that we own the Product and will fix critical defects within 7 days during the support period. Otherwise the Product is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. The exclusive remedy for an unfixable critical defect is a refund of the current-period payment as described in the Refund Policy.

8. Termination

The license terminates upon material breach of section 3. Rights to application versions released before the breach survive.

9. Trademarks

macOS is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. WindowKit is an independent product, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Microsoft Corporation. References to those operating systems are purely descriptive of the visual style of the corresponding theme. All themes in the Product are original stylistic interpretations and contain no assets, icons, fonts or artwork from those operating systems.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensor’s jurisdiction stated in the End User License Agreement. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
