Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect only what is required to sell and deliver the license: your email address (for license delivery, invoices and support), your order details (plan, date, amount, order identifier), and payment status information returned by our payment processor. We do not collect names, addresses or phone numbers unless you provide them voluntarily for invoicing.

2. Payment data

Card details and wallet credentials are never visible to us. Payments are processed by Heleket (Heleket Systems), which acts as an independent data controller for the payment transaction. We receive from Heleket only the payment status, amount, transaction identifier and the data listed above. Heleket’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.

3. Logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for a rolling period and are not used for advertising or profiling.

4. No tracking

The site contains no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts.

5. Retention

Order and license records are retained for the duration of the license and as long as required for accounting and tax compliance, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at privacy@windowkit.app. We respond within 30 days. Where GDPR applies, the legal basis for processing is performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
