Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect only what is required to sell and deliver the license: your email address (for license delivery, invoices and support), your order details (plan, date, amount, order identifier), and payment status information returned by our payment processor. We do not collect names, addresses or phone numbers unless you provide them voluntarily for invoicing.

2. Payment data

Wallet credentials are never visible to us. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency by independent providers: Heleket (Heleket Systems) and NOWPayments, which act as independent data controllers for the payment transaction. We receive only the payment status, amount, transaction identifier and the data listed above; the providers’ own privacy policies apply to their processing.

3. Logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for a rolling period and are not used for advertising or profiling.

4. No tracking

The site contains no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts. To know which channels bring customers, the site records first-party attribution — UTM parameters, the referring site host and the landing page — in your browser, and stores it with the order when you place one. It also counts visits to a few pages with a first-party beacon: a random per-tab session id and a daily-salted, non-reversible hash of your IP address (the address itself is never stored, and the hash cannot be linked across days). No cookies, no cross-site identifiers; this data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising, and beacon records are deleted after 90 days.

5. Retention

Order and license records are retained for the duration of the license and as long as required for accounting and tax compliance, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at privacy@windowkit.app. We respond within 30 days. Where GDPR applies, the legal basis for processing is performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
